Very, very awful practice. The women who work here are totally unprofessional. Will report them to my Health Insurance company and the State of Maryland Medical Board. Everytime you call to schedule a appointment they give you a hard way to go. One minute they tell you to get your doctor to call to schedule an appointment, the other time they say I can do it yet I have to do so with a referral. When you inform them you have a referral, they will lie and say it's not on file. It's frustrating. Avoid them all together good people. Practice is unprofessional and needs to get shutdown.

Dr. Bagal is the best! I was initially very nervous about getting my birthmark removed, but she explained the process very clearly and was comforting. The office is very clean, with very nice and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend.

Treat yourself this new year! There is no need to dread visiting a plastic surgeon. Dr. Bagal is such an amicable and knowledgeable doctor. She won’t waste your time or money. Long story short, I am very happy with my anti inflammatory injection results. I can wear earrings again! And, there was no recovery time!

I saw a disturbing post on the SCS website who was outraged at the staff and doctors. I can tell you I've been going there for a decade And I can tell you that there's something wrong with That said person not the staff They are beyond nice They take your feelings at heart And they tell you your next appointment. Unfortunately I spoke to someone who knew this person who caused the scene. he was extremely aggressive and threw things around in the lobby please do not rate SCS Physicians and staff on the clowns post that he put up on the website. If you don't want to hear your next appointment they will put it on a business card they will call you or they will text you. I have been going to SCS Physicians for nearly a decade. While Dr. Syed is fantastic, there are 2 current issues with his practice. First, Dr. Syed is no longer seeing patients for routine check-ups. He shifted me, and many others, to the other doctors in the office. Those doctors may or may not be qualified. But I started going to Dr. Syed because he was recommended to me as "hands on." I continued going to SCS because I trusted and relied on Dr. Syed. Since he is not seeing patients anymore, really, what's the point. Second, Dr. Syed's office staff is rude and dismissive. At my latest appointment, the receptionist was discussing the fact that there was an outstanding bill and, in a busy lobby with other patients around, announced the dates on which I received treatment. When I asked her to stop because I felt that she had violated my privacy rights under HIPAA, she continued. When I asked her again not to discuss these issues in a public setting, another receptionist started yelling at me. I left and will never return. Having read the comments for SCS Physicians, I see that the office, recently, has an increasing problem and issues with its support staff. A great practice gone bad. I have steered many people to SCS Physicians over the years. It's very sad that I cannot, and will not, recommend them to anyone else going forward.
