I can not give Dr. Forman enough praises as nothing seems to do him enough justice. He truly has it all!!! From the moment I met him, his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to try to help me with a prior bad breast surgery that had left me looking and feeling terrible was such a relief. His confidence and experience in breast implant revision gave me the courage to proceed with yet another implant exchange/ revision my fourth in three years… he spent about an hour and a half with me on my 1st consult going over everything from my past failed surgeries to my expectations and his game plan. When I went in again with my husband, for a second consult, he was just as kind patient and honest about everything that we would need to do and what to expect, which gave both myself and my husband such a sense of relief. We knew we were in good hands, the hands of a highly trained skilled surgeon. Now here I am five weeks postop with great after care from his team and follow up apts. with Dr. Forman, and I couldn’t be happier!!!! I can finally look in the mirror and smile now!!! Thank you so much Dr Forman!!! You will forever be my go to doctor with any upcoming cosmetic needs I may have and I will highly recommend you to everyone!!!

Dr. Forman did an upper and lower blepharoplasty on me in December ’24. He and his team at The Plastic Surgery Institute of Washington provided great communication before during an after the procedure. Dr. Forman is a gifted surgeon and I am extremely happy with my appearance….my eyes look 20 years younger!

I am coming up on a full year from having a couple of procedures done by Dr Forman. I had a neck lift along with some liposuction on the flanks. I could not be more pleased with the entire process, recovery and results. Getting a neck lift is something I had wanted to do for years and I did research on plastic surgeons in the areas before deciding that Dr Forman is the person I wanted to use. It was the best decision I made. The office staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and always there for any questions or concerns I had. Dr. Forman and his staff walked me through the options, their recommendations and were transparent with what the experience and expectations should be. I was diligent about following all their instructions and taking care of myself post op, including the silicone gel to put on the scars afterwards. You can barely see any type of scarring and I have gotten nothing but compliments from friends and family. Those who did not even know I had the procedure done just told me that I looked great. My hair person, who often sees other women who have had the same procedure, could not stop praising what a great job my doctor had done based on others she had seen. I absolutely love the results and could not be happier I did it and especially that I went with Dr Forman as my surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his office to anyone who might be considering getting work done. And if I ever opt to do anything else in the future, there is no one else I would rather go to than Dr Forman.

Dr Forman is the best. He has done procedures for me in 2004, 2005, 2021 and the end of this month, March 2024. I trust him completely! His skills and communication abilities are superior. I know I’m in great hands. Karen is awesome too! She keeps the paperwork processing to make sure everything is smooth sailing! I’m very excited about my surgery the end of this month!!

I had my first procedure about 5 months ago and it was a very positive experience. Dr. Forman was and still is very generous with his time and answers all my questions. He was totally supportive of a conservative approach so I still look like me. I am 100% happy with the results.
