I had really high hopes that I would love this place but it was the complete opposite. First of all once I was on the phone with the front desk lady to know more about what they offer what sold me was when she said “once you are done with your sessions if you still have hair say in a year from now or 5 years from now it’s free to come in to get any additional sessions.” Boom! Sold! I also asked if it was painful and she said they have new machines so you will feel zero pain. Lies lies lies. I had my first session and it was the most painful experience in my life, I would rather give birth than get electrocuted 20 times in my vagina. Getting a Brazilian wax is a breeze in comparison to the pain you will experience. Then if you want the “numbing cream” it’s an extra $30 or something insane and it doesn’t even work! The only one star I’m giving is that the place was clean and the people were nice. They also change the people each time which was frustrating because some women do it differently than other women. At the end of my sessions I still had unwanted hair and then to top it off they said you have to pay $150 or something ridiculous to come back in for touch ups. Just spent thousands of dollars and I still have unwanted hair. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I’ve been coming to this location as a referral from a client for tattoo removal and I can’t express enough as to how well I am treated here by the staff! Allison has gone above and beyond to help me with all of my needs. She is extremely professional and understanding of my concerns. Oreena is my tattoo removal technician and I love coming to see her! She’s so kind and I would highly recommend her!

Oreena is the best. She is very professional. I always comes for xiomin injection and all I can say is that she has the softest touch. I've been to other places and spa before but I can say with high confidence that finding laseraway and continue my skin care with them was like winning the jackpot. P.s Ashley and Claudia are also so friendly and very informative in updating me about new opportunities and incentives. I could buy and reserve many units of xiomin with one third of its price. Highly recommend laseraway especially this location.

This establishment has changed my life. Not only has it helped me to look better, but the staff has expertise, excellence and the beautiful touch of customer service that you very rarely see anymore. If you want to be treated with excellence, make sure you ask for CLAUDIA ISABELLA REYES RUANO!!!

I will never go back to this place for a couple of reasons. Reason number one: I called and set up my procedure a month ahead, scheduling my two appointments in advance as required with a specific date. I was very clear that I needed to be done before certain dates. Three days prior to my first procedure, I called to confirm my appointment, to be told, "Oh, I'm sorry, we're not going to be able to do your procedure; we need to reschedule you." I explained that it needed to be done before this date because I wouldn't be in town. They said, "Okay, come this date." I showed up for my appointment on that date, and when I arrived, they told me, "Oh, I'm sorry, we can't take you in; we can only do it next month." After wasting my time going to the store, they canceled on me twice. This is ridiculous. I will not recommend it to anyone, and now I have to fill with a dispute claims.
