First I want to start by saying, I had a pleasant experience with the staff. They are all very friendly and fun to be around. My technician was lovely. BUT the pedicure I received was terrible. My toes were cut and filed but the corners and sides were not filed so they were very sharp and growing to cause ingrown nails. The filing was uneven and the paint job was horrific. I can’t even believe I was sent home like this.Towards the end of my pedicure, I overheard that my technician was in fact a hair stylist and not a nail tech. I don’t understand why they allowed her to do my pedicure if she is clearly inexperienced. Pictures were taken 1 hour after pedicure.
To quote Tyra Banks , "It was so bad, I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I give you a one." I went in for a haircut and clearly showed the hairstylist Shelly how much hair I wanted cut which would be about 4 no more than 5 inches since I had long hair that fell to my hip bone. When she saw the length of my hair she didn't want to wash it and would dry cut it because she didn't want to deal with my hair becoming tangled which raised a red flag so I asked if it would leave my hair cut even. She asked me why I would even ask her that but evidently I was right to be concerned. Before she started cutting she told me she would err on the side of caution and keep it longer since I loved my long hair. It was to my suprise when she was finished cutting my hair that it was was shorter than the agreed upon length. I cannot fathom how she managed to take off an extra 4 inches than what i had asked. I am upset that she cut off 8 inches of my hair and now it feels so short and my haircut is so unlike me leaving me dissatisfied with my new look. I am so confused how this even happened, how does one take off more than what I had clearly shown her (4in), especially when she said she'd make sure to leave it on the longer side. How could you possibly think that someone who comes in with as long of hair as mine was would want it completely chopped off? Not only was I unhappy with the length she cut my hair to make matters worse when I washed my hair and finally got to see it wet it was cut uneven. She "jokingly" told me not to look at the back of my head once the haircut was finished and apparently she wasn't joking after all. Now to have it fixed I'm going to have to get even more hair cut in order to have a straight cut. Let this be a lesson to not just trust the process and make sure your hairstylist does what you want and not what they want.

Worst experience ever. The lady was nice but my nails looks insanely bad. I got cut by the file, the polish is all over my hands and is crazy smeared. I was there from 10:30-1:30 and left with horrible results. Wrong shape and everything. do not recommend!
Bliss Salon & Spa catered to my bridal services. I was repeatedly informed how the bridal contract was very strict. No last minute changes are allowed per their policy, etc. If no last minute changes were allowed, then what gives them the right to change things on me? The price I paid for my grandmother's hair service was not what was listed on the bridal contract. The receptionist said "it's probably because the stylist used both a straightener and a curling iron for the hair styling" That seems to me like the stylist made that decision to use both of those hot tools. It wasn't asked for. Especially considering my grandma went in there not caring too much what the stylist was going to do- she didn't want anything over the top, she just wanted her hair done nicely for my wedding. I just don't think it's right how they can add on extra charges last minute but I was not allowed to change anything last minute. Service was ok.
