Had a facial here while I was visiting Baltimore. My estheticians name was Tia. She was amazing!! The room was cute and smelled so good. She asked if I wanted spa music or if I’d like something of my own taste and we set R&B vibes. My skin definitely needed some TLC from my pregnancy hormones and traveling. Her analysis was spot on in my opinion. She used one of those jelly mask at the end! It was cool. I definitely would recommend this location to anybody in the area!

Had an excellent experience with Tia. The environment was relaxing. Everything was clean and organized (from Groupon booking to service). Tia took time to understand my desired outcomes and recommend products by the end of service. She was cautious and attentive. Loved how supple my skin stayed well into the following day. Really enjoyed the experience.

Keenya is such a knowledgeable and kind esthetician, she provides a very relaxing and sterile spa environment. I've been going to her faithfully for over three years and I am very pleased with my results along with the extraordinary service she provides. I’ve struggled with acne most of my life and finally have it under control, thanks to Keenya. She told me from the beginning to trust the process, and although it was difficult to believe, I followed her plan and she made me a believer. My hyperpigmentation is finally gone along with the occasional breakouts, her extractions are very well executed with no scarring, the chemical peels yield beautiful results, and the dermaplaning makes your skin glow like nothing you’ve ever seen. She takes really good care of my skin and is able to treat it, according to whatever its condition is during my visits, she does a much better job than my dermatologist’s esthetician (she sets the bar extremely high). I’ve also received additional services, her body wax and scrub is beyond spectacular and leaves your skin super soft, a must have if you’re going on a beach vacation!!!! Keenya also contacts me each time after my appointments to see how my skin is doing (talk about phenomenal customer service). She's easy to talk to and will answer all of your questions and offer great advice. I can’t say enough good things about her, she definitely gets a 10/10, I’ve recommend her to friends and family members and they are in love as well!!!! I recently relocated to Atlanta and have found myself traveling back to Maryland on a regular basis to receive my services, because no one else does it better, thanks Keenya!!!!
