The waiting room was crowded, and a bit confusing to check-out, but I am always happy with my care from Dr. Hartley. I truly appreciate him coming back from retirement! I have been a patient for 30+ years, and will keep coming back. Highly recommend.

PA Fetzek is good but you can NEVER get through to this conglomerate in under 15 minutes. Not a one time problem - every single time at least 15 minutes - whether to schedule, ask about results - any call. Tried leaving name and number as the recording suggests over and over but never get a call back. I know the corporation wants to make as much money as they can, but perhaps it is time to hire more staff in order to run a more patient-friendly office.

Taylor and Ken Ferrera are so nice and easy to deal with. Answered all of our questions and made my 87 year old mother feel at ease for her procedure. They definitely go above and beyond!

I called to make a new patient appointment. You have to go through fifty prompts. I should have known it would be bad when it said, "We can call you back once an agent is available." I can't imagine the amount of money this place loses because people give up. I gave up after waiting for 10 minutes. This is definitely not the type of care I am looking for!

During my six months on Accutane with Anne Arundel Dermatology in Prince Frederick, MD, I consistently experienced significant delays at my follow-up appointments. Despite arriving 10-15 minutes early as instructed, I routinely waited at least 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. This repeated issue reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer care of the Prince Frederick location. At my final appointment today (01/15/2025), scheduled for 10:00 AM, I was not seen until 10:30 AM. While occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances are understandable, the consistent lack of punctuality demonstrates systemic inefficiency. It is particularly frustrating given the implementation of a $50 no-show or non-response fee, which, while reasonable in principle, feels unjustified when the company cannot uphold its own appointment schedules and respect their customers time. This pattern of wasted time and lack of consideration for their patients has left me extremely dissatisfied. As a result, I will not be returning to Anne Arundel Dermatology in Prince Frederick, MD, and cannot recommend their services.
