February 18, 2025, I accompanied my adult son to his appointment to see Dr. Todd Colonna. He never listened to what my son had been through, didn't look at his whole body, quickly to prescribe medication that didn't work or was a temporary fix from what my son was trying to convey. Also prescribed a cream that was over $900, when seeing his visit was not covered by insurance. He also made it clear that he should be near the equator, eat anything he wants (I guess he knows nothing about nutrition) and Dove soap is the best to use, when his skin was so inflamed and irritated. He also said the organs have nothing to do with skin, when it can be liver, kidneys, spleen, gut, that may contribute to skin issues. Dr. Colonna was dismissive, wanting to quickly finish the visit and move on to the next patient. Very dissatisfied with the visit. Maybe a refund should happen, definitely money and time wasted. Everyone should be treated with care and respect. The front desk was very helpful but someone did say the Dr. could send you to Lab Corp for blood work. Dr. Colonna said they do not do that. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever (Mr. Fletcher patient) Your feedback is always repetitive, SORRY FOR.........
Dr Adler is a great dermatologist. She diagnosed my malignant melanoma on my back and doctor red board removed the malignant melanoma and stitched me up and then later removed the stitches. I am very satisfied and happy with their work and will continue going to Advanced Dermatology. I've been going to Advanced Dermatology since the year 2016. At that time I had a benign melanoma on my back that was removed and stitched and then the stitches were removed. Very happy with that procedure as well.
The receptionist gave me misinformation and it required me to set up two more appointments, while not being able to be seen. I had to get another referral and then be seen again by their office. Maybe some staff education on insurance would be helpful. I didn't feel much care or concern when the mistake was identified.
If you have the opportunity to find care elsewhere, do so. The front desk staff needs to be more professional in their attitude; unwelcoming and dismissive, and they lack the ability to properly communicate to clients what's required for them to be seen. I have had reoccurring issues with their lack of ability to communicate referral submission requirements. This has led to multiple times of I wasted gas and time attending appointments they did not fulfill. I took my concern with the practice manager over the staff and lack of fluidity of their business-client proceedings and she sided with the attitude and unprofessional stance of her staff, don't even bother trying to contact her to voice your concerns, she will GASLIGHT your experience. Please believe the 1-star ratings; they are accurate based on my parallel experience.
I don’t remember when exactly I started going to this office but it’s usually more than 3 years ago, it’s always a new doctor who knows nothing about your medical case, you have to repeat everything again, they have never given me a solution for my hair loss, in fact I think they don’t even pay attention to me, at the last appointment the doctor told me they would call me after seeing my labs to give me some kind of treatment and I’m still waiting for her call, she was with me for about 5 minutes during which time she left the office on 1 occasion and left quickly saying that they would call me, I think that in reality they only solved my problem due to an allergy on my face only one time, I can’t really recommend them. It's been two months and you can't even leave a negative review on the page, it's like it's blocked, nor can you send a message through the page, it's like they make you make a new appointment to waste time. I prefer to call the health insurance to see what's going on with this medical service.

AMAZING. Simply amazing. I have never had a women’s health practitioner take so much time with me. S…
