I had a fantastic experience with Doctor D. He removed my moles with incredible precision, leaving absolutely no marks behind. The doctor’s bedside manner was exceptional. He’s very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Dr. Dick is amazing! He is thorough, thoughtful, and his office staff is great. I have never felt rushed while in the office as Dr. Dick has always answered all of my questions. I highly recommend!

Dr. D is fantastic. He is that one in a million doctor. He has helped me a great deal with a difficult problem involving my lips. He is actually more than a doctor - he is a real artist. Like a sculptor who is working to achieve the most aesthetic result. I cannot recommend him more highly. His work is the absolute best of the best. You will be thrilled with the results.

Unfortunately I was not able to see the doctor. This review is specifically for the person who answered the phone 12/2/24 at 11:15am. This woman who answered the phone twice now has been extremely unhelpful, she spoke over me, she was very rude. She would not even take the time to see if the practice was in my insurance network. Told me to call my insurance company which I did and they told me that they were not able to give me that information. When I relayed this information to her she told me that was a lie. I just wonder how many potential patience this practice is losing due to this rude woman. She is the 1st person who potential new patients speak with, she should be patient kind and understanding as she is the voice of the office being the first person the potential patients speak to. After two failed attempts of trying to get any kind of information from her regarding whether she was in the network and getting nothing but attitude each time, I called a different plastic surgeon whose front desk help was more than willing to call my insurance company, they were very helpful and polite. Again this review has no reflection on the surgeon himself as I was not able to see him due to the rude person who answered the phone both times I called.

Dr Dick is the most professional doctor i have ever met, he has managed to assist me with more than what i initially asked for, and for that im greatful. He has shown much concern for my overall health and has assisted me throught the entire process.
