I went to the dermatologist and was very disappointed with the quality of service. The appointment was less than 5 minutes with the actual doctor. He started prescribing me things before I had told him my history. I’m not actually sure what I was prescribed, but I guess I’ll find out when they arrive in the mail. I left feeling like I was just a checked box rather than a patient. It’s clear this practice focuses on quantity over quality. I will not be going back and I’ll probably look for a doctor through Medstar or Johns Hopkins.

Updating my experience, I went for a visit and received a second bill after i had already paid. When I talked to billing they advised it was for stuff that didn't happen. The billing department wasn't interested in listening and just kept talking about AMA rules. It was definitely poor customer service. The fact is they made up something that didn't happen and want to charge me for it. I would definitely not recommend going which is too bad because at first I liked them.

Doctor and two young female assistants really made me feel at ease about disrobing during my first session. It was a first-time experience for me to do that.

The Dr and his assistant provided very good answers to all my questions and concern. Ann the staff were so helpful.
