Arrived early. Was checked in online prior to arrival. Was seen quickly. Assistant was thorough and took comprehensive notes. Dr. Semmes examined area in question and took photos as well as observing progressive photos I shared. She took time to explain her findings and her plan to biopsy and treat. As always, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and listened to.

Dr.Semmes was absolutely wonderful. My first time to a dermatologist. The wait time wasn't that bad and she explained everything. She and her assistant worked well together. Very pleasant and always had a smile. Recommend her immensely!

Dr. Semmes has been my doctor for approximately two years. At every visit, she is always professional. She is knowledgeable, thorough, kind and friendly. And at the end of my office visits, I leave feeling and knowing that I have received sound, reliable medical advice that is in my best interest. In addition, I especially appreciate that Dr. Semmes gives me not only excellent, practical advice but that she also listens patiently and intently to my questions and perspectives regarding my health issues. And without hesitation, she clarifies all my questions until I fully understand what she is conveying to me. Finally, she has a keen sense of humor that makes me laugh and relax whenever I’m almost at the point that I want to overly stress about something unnecessarily. For these reasons … and many more, I would gladly give Dr. Semmes 10 stars, if possible.

I absolutely love Dr. Semmes so thorough and pleasant. The wait time however is always at least 30 minutes past your appointment time Staff also very friendly

I'm extremely pleased with the care Dr. Semmes extends to her patients! She's professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and knows how to make her patients feel valued and listened to. I've never left an appointment disappointed with the care I've received from Dr. Semmes. She relates easily with her patients and makes us feel her desire to help.
