I had a fantastic experience at Profile MD! The staff were incredibly friendly, and Theresa was so attentive, helping to calm my nerves throughout the procedure. Dr. Jared Mallalieu made sure I was always comfortable, frequently checking in to see how I was feeling while he was working. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions beforehand. I felt well cared for every step of the way and would 100% recommend this establishment to anyone looking for top tier service.

A special thanks to Theresa, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive every step of the way. She took the time to explain the procedure and costs upfront, walked me through the details, and ensured I felt supported during all my aftercare visits. Overall, I had a great experience and felt well taken care of. I appreciate the team's expertise and would recommend them to anyone considering a procedure.
