My experience was amazing.The receptionist was very professional and helpful. The office itself was clean and calming. Then when I met with the Doctor (my doctor) lol. She makes u feel so comfortable and she explains everything to you and actually gives her perspective on what she thinks is best for you. She also listens to you. Everything I hoped for I received . And the wait wasn’t long at all. Thank you !!!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend

I would have rated it five stars except the wait period was long. My appointment was at 1pm (I arrived at 12:45pm to complete new patient paperwork prior to 1pm) but I wasn't called back until 1:45pm. Once I was called back, everything was great. The nurse (Destiny) was very pleasant and asked a lot of questions to get background regarding my medical history. Once that was done Dr. Sannoh came in. Dr. Sannoh is also pleasant. She is a very good listener. She took the time and addressed all my concerns, and she explained things in a way that I was able to understand. I look forward to having Dr. Sannoh as my PCP.

They says 1st impressions says alot, I was very pleased of the level of professionalism i experienced here. The receptionist was very polite, the office felt welcoming and the Doctor was amazing. I felt she was genuine about the care of my well-being. I have already recommended her to several of my co-workers.

I STILL feel the same way when I posted this message below. This practice is top notch! They say the first impression can be a lasting one. So, my first experience with this office from the staff to Dr. Sannoh was A+. They are all very professional, caring, and interested in the patients! This office sets the standard as to how the doctor and staff should present themselves and treated patients. I so wish other offices were half as professional, thoughtful and impressive! These are my true thoughts and feelings. Keep up the great work you All!!
