Pleasant experience. Great staff from check-in to sonogram tech and nurses. Doctor was thorough and pleasant to have conversation with. Clearly explained all aspects of testing and what the outcome recommendations would be. No decision was made without my agreement. I felt well taken care of and confident in the future outcome.

I went in for 1 appointment back in January this year. I had a ultra sound done on my legs and was told there were no issues that they were not worth having to return. I was being seen for leg pain. I was then told to TRY A PAIR of compression socks and was given them. So 3 months later I received 2 pairs of compression socks in the mail not thinking anything about it didn't call to ask why. Then starting in May I started getting calls from a collection agency for money I supposedly owed. I explained to them I didn't authorize any transactions and they stopped calling me. Now there is a second agency calling me I explained to them also I didn't authorized and they aren't going to pursue me anymore. I called the billing office and the man who answered said I am on a subscription and will continue to get charged which they illegally without my knowledge and didn't explain that to me signed me up for it I asked him to stop it I was told he couldn't help me. So I am looking to hire council to resolve this issue. They should be audited I wonder how many people they signed up without there knowledge and are charging them like there trying to do me.

Great experience! Every person I came in contact with was very friendly & thorough with explanations. (check in to sign out). Dr Sbrocco explained everything in layman's terms, so easy to understand the entire process.

The Waldorf Center for Vein Restoration staff has been incredible ! From day one they have been consistent , professional , and did an excellent job treating my spider veins ! Would definitely recommend to others.
