Caitlin is awesome!! Just got out of an appointment with her. She listens, doesn’t make me feel awkward, and is so sweet and personable. Came to her about acne and I have started goin a more holistic way with my health in general and I wanted to come off my medication. She was so on board and didn’t make me feel bad for taking a less conventional route like I have felt in the past. She even gave me a supplement recommendation!! Wow. Yeah she’s awesome.

The overall experience was great! Starting with the super friendly receptionist who listened to my issue rather than rushing me to her recommendation to see Dr. Martin and ending with the friendly lady who took my payment as I had to pay myself because I don't have any US insurance. Dr. Martin took the time to listen and then explain what happened and what the next steps are for the keloid scar on my hand. Because of travel plans, I had to schedule my follow-up only 4 weeks after my first appointment instead of closer to 6 weeks as she initially suggested but she didn't turn me away and treated the scar again. I was very nervous before going there but Dr. Martin is extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable!

Staff, facility, parking, and location are excellent. C. Martin is very professional and treats patients with great respect and kindness. She explains conditions and treatment options in "plain-speak" so patients can understand. Appointments run timely which is also a major plus, obviously anything can happen and a delay can occur, but compared to any other place I've been, this facility is very timely. Thank you for treating patients so well! Keep up the great work!

I had a great experience from beginning to end, from the receptionist scheduling my app to the lady taking payment. Everyone was friendly and professional. Love that there is enough parking and a comfortable waiting area. The office is adhering to all COVID safety protocols and all staff members are wearing their face coverings correctly. I had a list of concerns and Caitlin was able to answer all my questions. I had my Botox done and everything went smoothly.

Caitlin is a true professional. Always making sure her patient is comfortable and pain free during a procedure. Great office environment and very little waiting time.
