Highly recommend Dr. Singh. He’s professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and timely. He tells you how pleased he is that you’re doing well and listens to your concerns. He offers medication choices and is concerned that prices maybe too high; willing to offer and discuss other options.

Garland James, P.A. is hands down the best hair and scalp care specialist I have ever known. She’s highly intelligent and knowledgeable in her field. She takes her time to understand your unique situation and explains everything so well. On top of that, she has a caring heart with a positive attitude.

Dr. Saurabh Singh is a hair-saving superhero in disguise. When I came in for my 2nd appointment, he immediately knew why I was there (even though i hadn't seen him in a year)—hair loss issues, of course. After checking in on my progress, he was as pleased with the results as I was. He took the time to ask about my health and make sure there were no side effects. In just about 10 minutes, we were done—efficient, thorough, and with a smile. His professionalism shines through in both his care and his team, who promptly sent my medication to my preferred pharmacy. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

This was my third annual skin exam with Dr. Wagenseler, and each was efficient and thorough. She is easy to communicate with, and listens and responds politely and knowledgeably to all questions. She even held it together during my latest visit despite recently learning that a close friend had perished in the Jan. 29 plane crash at National Airport. To carry on as a professional among such traumatic news clearly demonstrates her depth of character that few of us could emulate.
