12/28/24 BUYER BEWARE! The other review below on the person being burned maybe why this has happened to me. This company has no problem taking your money before procedures and then at the time of arrival for the appointment, they tell you that they need doctors note or they can’t give you the service only to pass the responsibility to your doctor. They offer A partial treatment for the FULL service that you purchased. Went there for micro needling EX… got prepared for the procedure and scheduled around my life and missed work that day to have this procedure done. I was denied because of a possible skin reaction. Even one of the girls in the office suggested to do a test spot, but NO I was denied by this company even though my dermatologist gave me the thumbs up and the go ahead. After I left I had an another consultation with a spa and they looked at my face and said that they would have absolutely have done the micro needling. I am demanding on getting my money back for both services that I paid for especially after reading the next review on the Burns that this person got. I will go to my doctor and get notes I will not be able to get done and there’s nothing else there that I could purchase that wouldn’t have them red flag me on negative reactions to their treatments/services. I also had purchased another package previously that I feel I should get my money back on the rest of the treatments that I haven’t done yet as it would not be a comfortable situation for both parties. This company makes it very hard to get any refunds. I will let everybody know if I get my money back. At this point I am not coming back this facility again as I feel that they overreact there’s one thing being cautious but this was taken too far in my case. I think it gives a red flag on possible past lawsuits being overly concerned and exaggerating people’s possible side effects if they caused this much denial and difficulties on Services one would ask how do they stay in business? My guess is that they’re High priced? Search reviews below mine most likely explains why they are overly concerned about their treatments. Still doesn’t make it right for them being extreme. If I don’t get my money back I am reporting to the BBB Better Business Bureau

I went to the laser MD spa for a Brazilian laser removal. I worked with aesthetician Alinne Burnes who was absolutely amazing. Not only was she extremely meticulous, in making sure that I got excellent service, and exactly what I needed, but she was so kind and wonderful to talk to. I felt very comfortable with her, and she really listened to my needs. She was extremely warm, loving, and knowledgeable as well. I hope I can come back for another service, and when I do, I will make sure it is with her! Thank you!

I had Joan doing the botox injections, this is my 4th time with her, She is very professional, not pushy, listens to your concerns and gives her professional opinion. I highly recommend Joan.will be going back to her.

The staff here is both professional and informative with the laser hair removal process. I had questions regarding LHR and skin pigmentation(people of color), my esthetician Jackie was most helpful in answering those questions. I regret not having done LHR sooner.
