I was very disappointed with my visit to Hines Dermatology Associates. From the start, the interaction felt rushed and impersonal. She barely examined my face, did not ask detailed questions about my concerns, and provided minimal information about potential causes or diagnoses. There were no tests conducted to assess my condition, which left me feeling unheard and unsupported in finding a solution. Additionally, her demeanor was neither friendly nor reassuring, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Her tone of voice and choice of words lacked care and felt unsettling. I expect a dermatologist to be kind, thorough, informative, and compassionate, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations.She didn't even smile!!!!!! I would not recommend this provider to anyone seeking comprehensive and patient-centered care.

I accompanymy husband to his visits for which he is being treated for skin cancer. Dr. Hines is knowledgeable, caring and her treatment plan has been effective. I've seen some other reviews that greatly disparage her and her staff. We've only had positive encounters with her and those working in her office. I highly recommend her especially for her skills and pleasant demeanor. I can't understand the negative reviews that have been posted. I'm an RN and keep a sharp lookout for faults in medical professionals. I don't find any here.

You don’t have to live in fear of your skin. Dr Hines and her attentive and kind staff will set your mind at ease with; decades of experience and matter of fact manner in which she addresses potential health threats and hindrances is refreshing and time efficient. I’ll put all my skin in the game for Dr Hines and her team- It’s a safe bet towards good health management

Hi all. My son has had bouts of alopecia on and off since kindergarten. He was kind of young to start treatment back then but he is 9 now and I asked him if he wanted to try to grow back his eyelashes and he said yes. I looked up places near me that took my insurance and dr. Hines came up. I saw some bad and good reviews but they had the soonest appointment so I thought I’d give them a try and I am glad I did! Dr. Hines asked lots of questions, explained alopecia and the mechanism of the medicine and how it helps, and also told us about a new medicine out there as well as bostons children’s hospital. You could tell she cared and she knows her craft! I would rate her 5 stars for sure!

Dr. Hines definitely has a stick up her behind. Her attitude sucks. Maybe it’s time to retire my friend, she clearly doesn’t like her job she lack professionalism. Based off the way she talks you can tell she doesn’t care so with that being said I don’t recommend. I won’t be returning.
