Auburn Primary Care and Aesthetics

I've been to Auburn Primary Care & Aesthetics several times and have nothing but positive things to say. From the front desk, to the medical assistants, to the providers, all are professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. And the level of care received from a private practice vs a UMass/St Vs/"Corporate " office is unrivaled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Clean, great location, ample parking, etc. All good things

Called to question the treatment the doctor prescribed me, which would have not addressed the issue whatsoever. Not the first time. And they decided to drop me as a patient. Beware, they do not do their due diligence here and will 100% prescribe the wrong thing and stand by it. The FIRST time they did this, Tammy did not look over the available results for an infection I had. Thank god they sent me to Urgent Care to cut open an infected thumb. Urgent care sniffed this out immediately and IMPLORED me to call them back to reassess. This mistake prompted Tammy to call me back and apologize for not even attempting to look over the culture results before prescribing the wrong medication. A mistake that could have cost me my finger. Go anywhere else.

I do not recommend Laura for primary care. Obvious medical symptoms were dismissed and conditions misdiagnosed. Her attitude was condescending. Im not sure about her aesthetician skills, I choose to keep the ones that I already use after a horrible medical experience. Update: This office has dropped me as a patient of Dr Davis due to my review here of the NP Laura. My new medical provider has told me this was very unethical and I agree. Disgrace.

I saw Tammy as a PCP to ask for a referral to rheumatology for my chronic widespread joint pain and tendonitis. She told me going gluten free would fix my joint pain, and she did not agree with the referral. She was very condescending and did not listen to me. I got a different PCP, saw a rheumatologist, and was diagnosed with autoimmune spondyloarthropathy. I don't recommend going here for medical care.

Really happy with the prompt care I receive here, very compassionate, and they make my life as a 'professional patient' much easier by getting my referrals out in a timely and accurate manner. My last provider (at a different hospital) left very suddenly, and I was quite worried about my lapse in care and picking back up with all my specialists, but Auburn Primary Care has made it so easy for me to get back on with all my specialists, with referrals to the specific doctors I ask for, rather than sending me to random suggestions. I'm very happy with my switch to these folks and am glad to have providers working quickly to get my care connected to the right doctors.
