I have only used the labs here. They have a large shared waiting room for them, 3 labs. There can be a wait, but we haven't needed appointments and the waits aren't what I call excessive. Handicap accessible. They don't seem to have the valet assistance that the Worcester lab does. Conveniently located at the Auburn Mall on Rt 12. There is a large parking lot with Tesla chargers near the road. There are green EV chargers at the other end of the mall.

If I would have known it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment when you’re ill I would’ve never chosen this place as my PCP. Anytime I have called sick needing an appointment and even willing to wait a week, they refuse to schedule me an appointment, and instead send me to urgent care. And when you start to ask valid questions like - what’s the point of having a PCP if I can never be seen when needed? The nurse is extremely rude and aggressive towards you. She lacks basic empathy even to sick patients who are asking for BASIC needs like being seen by a doctor. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this nurse either. A few months ago she did the same thing and was extremely hostile and rude to me. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A PCP. Go to somewhere that cares and doesn’t just accept patient after patient knowing they are over filled.

All business. Don't ask too many questions during your physical. Although it's supposed to be a review of your overall health, try to limit your concerns to one thing. I expressed concerns about symptoms I'm having and was told by the doctor that I only get to pick one to talk about. In addition, apparently you can be billed if you talk about more than one issue. Once again, I thought a physical was a time where health concerns are discussed with your doctor and you can ask questions. Nope, not really. . . I guess more importance is placed on profit rather than the wellbeing of the patients. Pathetic, and this is what we pay ridiculous rates for. Very disappointed with my Doctor appointment at reliant today.

Felt like a game of tag scheduling. After being asked to come in for a earlier visit, ended up waiting over a hour anyway .I was more than patient, but very unhappy with having to listen to the receptionists Kelsey & Fremont being unprofessional. Dr. Set some light on situation but I personally think this office could re think some customer satisfaction. " We are all fighting a battle you know nothing about". We're there for help with our medical stuff.

As others have mentioned, do not choose this place for a PCP. Completely unorganized, the staff are rude and overworked. It took me 8 MONTHS to get a simple physical appointment. And then they kept switching the appointment on me. The doctor literally rushed through the physical, I could tell she was rushing. I'll be switching PCPs ASAP to a smaller practice. DO NOT GO TO RELIANT!
