Dr. Bis and her team have always been very professional, caring, pleasant and accomodating. I have been under the watchful care of Dr. Bis for several years and happily recommend her to friends and family.

I called on Weds afternoon and got in at 8am Thurs morning. Great staff and Dr. Levy was great. so happy and knew exactly what it was. Been going to them for years. AWESOME

I love this practice! Dr.Bis is the best based on her attention to details with your skin and is very thorough. She's very easy to talk to, patient, and always upbeat! I would also point out she is "Outstandingly " observant as she found my basal cell carcinoma. The practice does everything from the Mohs surgery, blue light treatments etc. if you call for an appointment with a new issue they get you in to see someone very quickly. Dr Deborah Cummins did my Mohs surgery all 3 times and I had excellent results and outcomes. I've also seen Dr. Mclarney who called me on his way home to discuss more after my appointment. That impressed me too . I haven't seen anyone that doesn't completely focus on you as the patient and a person. I've referred several friends and coworkers to MassDerm and they've all been pleased too. Thank you to all staff and Doctors -keep up the great standards of care! Renee

I was very disappointed here and won’t be returning. Upon filling in my pre visit paperwork, they asked if I wanted a full body skin scan. I of course ticked yes, because as long as I was there, I thought this should be done. However when I got back into the room, I was informed this was all I was getting because I had ticked the box. The assistant, yalanna said she was “working with the owner to get that changed”, however this didn’t help me on the day. I brought pictures of a rash I’d had but she didn’t even want to see. I also had another issue which was looked at briefly by the doctor, but it felt like my issues and the reason I was there wasn’t important. Yalanna and dr kemp really rushed me through. So I won’t be going back. They also don’t have my chart, which is frustrating when you want all your medical info in one place so rheumatology can put all the pieces together. I was disappointed in Massachusetts dermatology.

One of the best things about Mass Derm is the staff. Everyone is great. I recently visited with Dr. Klebanov and his assistant McKenna. They were both super-nice! The other nice thing is that they don't make you wait forever for your appointment. They always come out to get you within a few minutes of your scheduled time.
