Suite Six Medical Aesthetics

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. I purchased a Groupon for two IPL facials. While the technician was exceptional and professional during both visits, the front desk staff made my experience frustrating and extremely unpleasant. During my second visit, the woman at the front desk claimed she couldn’t find my Groupon number, even though it had already been redeemed during my first appointment. She treated me as though I was attempting to get a free service, which was both humiliating and upsetting. After jumping through hoops for 10 minutes to prove my case, I was finally able to proceed with my appointment. Again, the technician was wonderful and even apologized for the inconvenience during my session. Before I left, the woman at the front desk who seemed to be managerial as she had been in the staff meeting planning the holiday sale, also apologized and promised to follow up with an email offering a special deal for continued services. That email never came. When I followed up by email and phone, Gabriela, another staff member, was dismissive and argumentative. Gabriela focused on irrelevant details about the Groupon being expired and incorrectly claimed I was a no-show for an appointment on 11/13/24—when I had, in fact, been there and received services. When I calmly requested to speak with a manager, Gabriela began yelling at me over the phone and would not allow me to speak at all. Despite saying "excuse me" several times, the shouting and rude words continued. Her behavior was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This business seems unable to keep accurate records and has no regard for how they treat their customers. If you value professionalism and respect, avoid this place at all costs.

I felt so happy after my first Morpheus treatment today and I am looking forward to the next one ! Gabriela and Ariana along with the team are so welcoming and made me feel safe about the Botox and treatments ! This is a 5 star place ! I love it so much that I am thinking of working here !

I love Suite Six Medical Aesthetics. Their cosmetic products are the best! This is the place where to get the look and appearance you are looking for. Customer service is excellent. The staff and nurses are nice and patient. They are with you in every step from start to finish and the end results is amazing! I highly recommend Suite Six Medical Aesthetics.

I absolutely love everything about this med spa! I have been in so many times and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff never fails. I was so skeptical about trying different machines and services, but Amanda was so patient and helpful. I had previously tried so many different products and treatments for acne scarring and saw little to no improvement. Once Amanda got me onboard with the Morpheus, I have seen significant improvement after just two sessions. She is the reason why I feel comfortable for the first time not wearing makeup.

I am obsessed with the Morpheous Radio Frequency Micro Needling treatment!! In one week already see skin tightening results, overall increase in volume on my skin!!!! I most amazed with my pigmentation (brown spots). I have had these for years and those is the first treatment that has helped. The entire team are extremely knowledgeable and sweet. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The owner took her time to explain in detail what I should expect for results and how the treatment was going to feel. I highly recommend Suite Six in Seaport area in Boston and cannot wait until my next treatment.
