I met with Dr. Frulla biweekly over the course of several months and could not recommend him and this office more! I had such an excellent experience with Dr. Fulla; he was so knowledgeable about all things dermatology and was the only dermatologist who was able to solve my issue!! I was always able to get in for consistent appointments and had such a delightful experience- I will be returning for all of my dermatology needs!
I love this place! Have been working with Dr. A for 9+ months for accutane, and my skin has never been better. Everyone at the clinic is very professional and kind, and of course Dr. A is outstanding. He always takes time to answer my questions, and is very good at explaining what my treatment is/will be + patient education. He's never condescending and is just so happy to help. Absolutely recommend!
I’m updating my review since the director of this office reached out to me & really went the extra mile to rectify the situation. My daughter was seen quickly & the clinical staff was great. I appreciate them taking the time to fix the initial problems we encountered and not making any excuses for what had previously happened. The doctors and upper management seem excellent. The location is also pretty good if you live in the city. Previous review: The front desk to this office is horrible! My PCP recommended a doctor at this practice. I asked them if they could see my 19 month old daughter as well & was able to make an appointment. We have an HMO which requires a referral. Our pediatrician's office as well as our insurance plan said we were all set with our referral for our daughter but this practice kept saying they needed an authorization number. I kept going back and forth with this practice and my daughter's pediatrician. The pediatrician's office gave us the authorization dates & let us know that we were all set. But this office kept saying we weren't. They refused to even try to help us. They couldn't call the doctor's office or the insurance because it's something they just didn't do. My pediatrician's office also reached out to them, but that didn't seem to help either. I work in healthcare & I cannot believe how unbelievably unhelpful this front desk has been. This is something that I have been trying to coordinate for more than a month & I cancelled the appointment as I have never experienced a medical provider's office being this terrible.
I struggled a bit to find the location but for fellow newcomers, you just go through the main door and the front desk just directs you to the elevator to the fourth floor where the office is located. Overall it was a good appointment. I waited for like 5 min after I finished the paperwork and waited another 5 min for the doctor after I finished my discussion with one of his colleagues. I don’t recall the doctors full name, I believe it was Ali but my bad if I’m wrong. He was very helpful, gave me a lot of insight on what the issue is (pillar cyst). What steps I can take right now, what we can do in the future, why we can’t do certain things now etc. and overall I left very confident about the situation. He also didn’t give me the businessy vibe and looked like he genuinely had some care about his patients. I already mentioned him to a couple coworkers.
Ashton Frulla was extremely focused on my condition and did everything he could to eradicate the ailment as quickly and effectively as possible. He took care of something I had been dealing with for years and took extreme care as I tend to pass out or get Nauseous with procedures. He made the difficult treatment process easy, quick, and has almost fully succeeded in doing what two other dermatologists could not due to him finally taking my problem seriously. Overall extremely professional but more importantly an elite medical provider.
