I just call OBGIN department and this hospital doesn’t fallow the HIPPA Rules. Why I have to tell my entire story and what I have, in order to schedule an appointment? This should not be patience and doctors confidentiality?! This is not only on this department but in all, for my previous experience. I’m am sorry for the people who have HIV or others diseases who need schedule appointments and expose their health issues to everyone there and not just to the doctor or the nurses.

If you want good healthcare avoid going here. This facility is located within a community that's vulnerable and services people that cannot afford better options and they absolutely take advantage. Every phone call is billed to mass health even when you don't speak to anyone, they attempt to bypass Medicare and will bill you over $300.00 knowing Medicare will pay $13.00 and Masshealth will pick up the additional charges. But, Masshealth doesn't provide a dispute bill option or directly send patients a bill. This facility most likely gets kickbacks for keeping people sick while using grants and funding for personal use, ask about the lobster and steak dinners. Your medical team will bully and bribe you, using medication and refusing treatment as leverage; If you don't go to the labs so they can abuse your insurance. And no, you will not get proper care, if those labs have concerning results they will be ignored until you're in the ER dying. For the love of God don't get hospitalized and need to followup with VNA care, go with the rehab option because they will stop your services until you go in to see someone despite, not being able to move while recovering or having the records from you being admitted. File a complaint with the medical board and you will experience retaliation and, you'll be forced to accept a new provider so the one you complained about can cover themselves for patient abandonment. When your attorney tries to get records they make things difficult and literally lie. I'm not an attorney, however, I'm a great advocate and recommend looking into who owns this facility, the recent claims against EBNHC for discrimination and Massachusetts medical board not holding these Doctors accountable. Big corporations from other states are investing in medical facilities in Massachusetts, abusing the system and people. Don't just write a google review, contact the office of inspection general, Attorney General and, Department of Public health. I'll update my review to include my experience shortly.

If you want good health care avoid going there, They not good they don't respect your appointment time ,they don't respect your schedule time if you schedule at 11 am the doctor comes at 12 pm

From 2 pm until 12 am waiting every 3 hour to get noticed without water, food and with a bunch of staff yapping while doing much!

If I could give "0" stars I would! This place is very unprofessional, disorganized, and unwelcoming!!!!!!!!!!! The staff isn't trained properly, the doctors are never on time. They do not value your time and will not let you know the doctors are running late. They treat the patients with disrespect and many don't speak English nor are they aware of laws surrounding HIPPA. The receptionists speak loudly about patient's personal business at the desk in front of everyone waiting in line. And sometimes they start speaking about you in creole while you are standing right in front of them being checked in. It's difficult to make contact with your doctor in the event of an emergency, and it's difficult to get needed paperwork due to constant miscommunication. It is extremely difficult to get refills on prescriptions that need prior authorization-not prompt with call backs nor follow-up. This place is a JOKE and is being run with a 3rd World mentality and HIPAA, is out the door!
