Every wig I wanted to buy they didn’t have another to give me in a package. If I buy something I want it fresh. They didn’t give additional discount for the inconvenience. Even the wig caps they said they would throw in were not in a package, or the color I wanted. Very unfortunate ruined my experience when I brought my family members with me to potentially buy a wig for them too.

These people moment you step in the make you feel like you are stealing. People following you and looking at you. Leaves a very uncomfortable feeling. For convenience you go there but they rarely make any returns or exchange on anything. I literally bought something today. It was the wrong color. Didn't open it have my receipt and manager refuses to exchange. Not return but exchange. Manager didn't even bother to speak with me directly. She used her pawns (no disrespect) young adults to do her biding. When you are catering ro a particular culture and people you have to treat them better. Same item is at cvs and all the other stores I would have no problem exchanging. I wonder why they do... hmmmm

Be aware, their Sales are always falsely advertised! I came because of the supposed huge sale they were advertising, “ HUGE SALE , UP TO 70% OFF” was on a really huge poster plastered on the windows. It’s hard not to miss it and be interested. So I’m thinking everything will be 70% off inside . (There were no specific items labeled to this huge sell) So I grabbed what I needed and waited in the really long line that ended all the way down to the braiding hair section because they refuse to open up the second register. Even though multiple customers including the girl who was the only one at the register kept asking somebody to open up the second register. But she was ignored and the line continued to get longer . So the poor girl was stuck to handle the crowd of customers by herself . At one point , The Owner or head staff (the Asian lady ) and another staff worker came but both of them just stood there chit chatting ignoring the Long line of customers , just distracting the girl (who was working at the register alone )and not helping her When it finally came my turn to pay , I gotten told that the Sale was only for the left over braiding hair that have been laid out on the table in front of the second register . How would anybody ever seen such table if someone didn’t pointed it out. The sign was on the side of the table covered up by bunch of boxes . Who can see that sign if it’s cover up?!?. BSW BEAUTY BROCKTON , don’t care about their false advertisement, they want what’s in your pockets . They will try to fool you with stuff like this. Take caution when purchasing from this Store. I gave BSW Beauty only 2 Stars because the girl at the register was really busting her tail . Tryna get customers ringed up. Other wise one star

I come here all the time and I called to get a price on some hair because I didn’t wanna come all the way down there and didn’t have the correct amount of money or if they didn’t have the product ,cause I don’t live in the city and the lady on the phone won’t tell me the price because she said the manager doesn’t like to give prices over the phone and I’m sitting here saying what difference does it make whether I walk in or get it over the phone you should accommodate your clients I’m calling to see if you’re running sales on certain hair Why can’t you tell me that that’s crazy? What are you hiding? That makes me not wanna shop with you?

I’m only give 2 stars because I’ll be back to grab whatever I need 🤣 lots of products that will help with the health of my hair . HOWEVER.. let’s get to the real deal .. the staff !! My gosh … this company needs to hire more customer friendly staff . The rudeness was disgusting 🤮 be mindful ladies and gentlemen while shopping here . They might follow you around the store too .
