ESP Medical provides excellent service from the moment you step into the office until you leave. The secretaries always greet me with a warm smile and are attentive to my scheduling needs. When I have blood work done, I barely feel it because their professional is highly skilled. I couldn’t ask for better physicians. Dr. Merchia and Emma are both attentive to my GYN needs. One year and one surgery after becoming a patient at this clinic, I am symptom and pain free. Dr. Merchia is Hands down- the most qualified and compassionate doc that I’ve ever had. He’s a surgeon with the bedside manners of your favorite nurse. He’s knowledgeable, thorough and patient. He’s absolutely the only surgeon that I considered in Brockton (otherwise, I’d have had the surgery in Boston). I’m very confident in his abilities and glad that I found him.
