I found the front desk person to be very friendly and knowledgeable. The Doctor was so kind and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help you and explain things. The assistant was also very kind and helpful and knowledgeable. I hope they stay in Canton.

Pretty disappointing with how the administrative staff handle patient needs. Been consistently let down by the staff when calling about prior authorizations and appointments. For example, I got a PA and called to make an appointment and the admin said they didn't know what to do and would call me back. I never got a call back and no one would respond to my messages (for 5 weeks). I finally showed up in person and got my appointment made (for 6 weeks later) and when I'm in the examination room, the doctor has to tell me they made a mistake with my insurance so we'd have to reschedule. The kicker is "this is an issue we've encountered before" so clearly they knew what they did wasn't going to fly with the insurance company, but tried it anyway. No complaints about the practitioners here, but as a business, this place leaves a lot to be desired.

My experience at APDerm during each visit is always pleasurable. The staff and as well as the Dr. were very courteous and professional and to me it was valuable as a patient and a customer. The location was to me very accessible and convenient. One of the major aspects of the visit that is always important to me in addition to the aforementioned, is the promptness and the speediness of the service delivery. All I can say is thank you for your service and time.

My first time at this facility. Staff was friendly & efficient. Dr Okeke Uchenna was courteous & knowledgeable. I wish I had of found her sooner. She's absolutely fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable. I'd recommend this facility.

THE worst in care , service and follow up ( which was requested 3x for a Dr call back NEVER had the courtesy to call back for on going instructions for care or diagnosis of what my skin condition actually is... The office is more like a boutique for Botox or Hair Replacement. Dr Okereke spent very little time and had to look up on Web MD my condition -so she took a sample of cysts to find out what they were her asst calls back that its not cancer (?) which was not my concern about my rash and i asked to have the Dr call me back with her diagnosis and treatment 3x and no call back (inexcusable) The staff and Dr are either totally unprofessional incompetent ,simply rude or just merely don't give a crap
