Let me start by saying that I have worked in the Aesthetics industry for 28 years. I’ve known, worked with and trained hundreds of doctors over the years. I had breast augmentation 25 years ago to improve my breasts after nursing 4 children. A doctor I was working with at the time performed the surgery. He explained that my breast tissue was so stretched out that he had to use implants larger than we originally agreed on. At the time I was not willing to chance the scars that came with a lift. I was never happy with my breasts. I am a petite woman, and they were just too large. A few months ago, I developed capsular contraction in one of my breasts. I knew Dr. Eliopoulos from the industry and trusted her. I had referred patients to her in the past and knew they were pleased with their results. At my consult she listened as I explained my concerns and I mean REALLY listened. We decided to replace the implants with smaller ones and do the lift. I knew the surgery was necessary, but I was still nervous. I cannot put into words how happy I am with the results. They are magnificent! The scarring is so minimal that at only 3 months out, they are barely noticeable. The size is perfect! Even my boyfriend admitted he is genuinely surprised at how they look much better than he imagined they would. Dr E. and her entire staff are the warm, compassionate and knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations and as I’ve said I have been around countless practices. If you are considering ANY aesthetic treatments, you are going to be in the best hands in the industry.

I brought my mom in for a DiamondGlow facial at this medspa, and it was a great experience. Rachel was so kind and made her feel really comfortable. She felt like her skin was glowing and refreshed afterwards. She was so happy with the results! It was a great way to treat her, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Based on staff, not the doctor - was very disappointed with their ‘customer service’. I would be concerned about after care etc as a patient. I called to book a consult, was told a coordinator would call me with pricing and procedure information before I could book (no time was given as to when that would happen). The coordinator called me next day at 9 am, as I was dropping my 2yo son at preschool, I asked if she could call back in 20 minutes, she said she would call me at 11 as she had to call another patient - I said no problem. She never called me back. I called twice after that, asking if I could please speak with that coordinator. First time they said she was in a meeting with the doctor but that they’ll pass the message to call me later in the day, she didn’t. Second call not only did they not even apologize for it all, but also told me before even talking to me about my procedure (to gauge timing) that they are not scheduling anything until September - at that point it was very clear to me they were not interested in helping me. I also know that is a lie as a friend called and asked how far were they booking out to and they said varies per surgery and time needed but early summer. Very disappointed as I have been following the clinic and the doctor for a few years now and was hoping to become a patient.

Had my breast implants removed after having them for over 15 years. It was a personal decision and Dr. E was so great to work with. She is thorough in explaining the process and expected results. She is a joy to work with from start to finish. I'm super pleased with the results! Highly recommend her and the entire office staff.
