I hate my body more now than before trusting Dr. Ali to do my surgery. I booked my consult with Dr. Ali in July 2023, my main concern being my saggy breast after breastfeeding 5 babies which caused me to have extremely saggy and deflated breast, and some extra skin in my lower stomach. I was told in order to fix this I would need a wise pattern lift and because of the amount of excess skin she recommended implants. I have a previous scar from when I was a baby going down the center of my stomach, so I was advised a mini tummy tuck. Originally the way we went through the the plan I trusted I was going to get the results I so desperately wanted and booked my surgery for Oct 2023 with a quote of a little over $21,000. Well surgery day came but the plan was not followed! I knew the size could vary because we discussed I wanted a full C cup and she told me she would try different sizes, but my main concern was always the saggyness, I wanted full perky breast more than anything... except Dr. Ali decided she would skip the wise pattern lift that way it would be less scarring, put in 330cc implants and now my breast are saggier than they were before the surgery, bigger but saggier!!! When I complained and stated how much I hate them since the lift was the most important part and now there saggier. I went from a 36b to a 34DD. Dr. Alis response was we would have to do a lift with a wise pattern lift and quoted me an additional almost $7,000 which included a 50% discount on the surgeon fee! I already paid for the lift, did not receive it and now I would have to pay again to follow the original plan...it doesn't make sense. It also took 9 weeks to get a second quote and I called every week as I was desperate and thought she would realize she didn't follow through. I should also mention my mini tummy tuck was more like a micro tuck since I still have skin hanging over, just added a scar from hip to hip. I wasted my money trusting Dr Ali. I hide my body now more than before surgery and have been extremely depressed. Don't make the same mistake I did and just go else where. I hate my result! I went from saggy deflated breast to extreme saggy breast. I regret it 100% spent over 20 grand and I hate my results
