The service was worst than sitting for a timeshare presentation. The PA Ryan was selling me a pitch rather than give me professional advice. This provider should not be practicing at all. He is very unethical and submits false claims to the insurance. While I went to see him, he would bounce around to see other patients every 2 minutes then submit ridiculous claims for services that was never rendered. I saw for less that 5 mins and he submitted claims for all type of treatment he never did. I have been fighting with my insurance provider to dismiss these false claims but it seems like all these billing companies in cahoots with one another. Dr lenzy billing office is claiming one thing and I’ve been asking for an itemized bill and still haven’t receive one and I’m still getting bills from other companies for services that was Dr lenzy office charge me for. Stay far away from this clinic and Ryan. Very horrible experience. Don’t go to this clinic at all

Worst service ever! WAITED 6 WEEKS to try to get appt. And never got it! They outsource to a different country to get your ins. Info approved and if they get the info wrong you have to speak to OFFICE MGR.,who after 3 weeks, I finally found out only works on Tuesdays but not this Tuesday, she is on vacation! Dr. Lenzy is so WELL PROTECTED from seeing patients I'm amazed her office still exists or maybe she picks her patients by the color of their skin?

This office is exceptional. Ryan the PA spent time to understand my son with the utmost kindness and professionalism. The whole team were kind and considerate. You don't find all these qualities in a Dr's office anymore.

Dr Lenzy is professional, completely prepared and timely responds to any questions, concerns or issues that I have or had in the past. Her office personnel appear to be incompetent and unaware of how to properly bill an individual or make sure that the claims are resolved through insurance. Recently, I received a phone call prior to my office visit andwas advised that there was an issue regarding billing. I attempted to contact the office and left messages with the office to no avail. When I got to my scheduled appointment, I was advised that my appointment was canceled because of an outstanding balance. When I contacted my insurance, they advised that the Office personnel failed to file the bill within the 90 day timeframe. In fact the claim was not filed within 8 months or 240 days. At my appointment the Office personnel insinuated it was my fault failing to advise the claim was filed outside the requisite time period

I love Dr. Lenzy amd her entire office. They are profesional, nice, and calming. My only issue is that it's really hard to get through to them over the phone. Sometimes it requires multiple messages and a few days to get a call back. I guess that's because they are super busy. I drive from 2 hours away just to see her.
