Maison Esthetique Christiane Bourque Spa

I went to Maison Esthetique on January 8th, 2025 for a collagen anti-aging facial with the ultrasound add-on with Kaitlin. Everything went well. Kaitlin was nice and did her job fine. When I went downstairs to pay, my bill was $220+$40 tip as expected. I had a gift card of $100, but the young lady at the front desk told me it was expired. I had no idea since it was gifted to me only few years back. I can only figure that maybe it had been re-gifted to me because it hadn’t been 7 years…I guess that’s not the fault of Madison Esthetique. The young lady at the front desk took the time to write “expired” on the card. Maybe it would be a good idea to write when it will be expired when the card is first purchased. I don’t like and I don’t support businesses that do this 7 years expiration date BS on their gift cards. It says to me they don’t care about the clients and don’t stand behind their business. Money wasted. Unfortunately, this will be my last time going to Madison Esthetique, and I won’t be recommending them. Thank you. Laura

Lucy gave me a fabulous massage. Really knocked out a lot of the knots in my neck and back and gave me great recovery tips to keep it that way. Pauline suggested a better facial then the one I had originally signed up for based on her exam. The serum she advised has made a noticeable improvement in my appearance. People are asking me what I’m doing differently. Thank you very much!!!!

I went to the Maison Esthetique for my 40th birthday and I had a phenomenal day. The scrub was great, the facial was very good. The pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had. The massage was also one of the best I’ve ever had, the massage therapist was spectacular. The absolute only critique would be the massage therapist was a little too chatty. He was so friendly and I did enjoy talking with him but I like to meditate and be zen during a massage. Still a wonderful experience and a great day. Thank you all for making my 40th birthday so special.

Had couple massage for Valentine Day. UMy massage was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. The therapist listened to everything I needed done and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. I highly recommend

One of best spa’s in the North Shore area, the spa offers many amenities, Sonia was my massage therapist and the staff made sure I was happy/comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family. Will be returning soon! 😊💆🏼‍♀️
