I called the office about a month ago to schedule an appointment. The receptionist put me on hold and transferred me to another line, but no one picked up. I left a voicemail, expecting a call back—but I never heard from them. If this is how they handle potential patients, I can only imagine what the actual service is like. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The staff is extremely welcoming, caring and attentive!!! I appreciate how I was treated, even as a walk in.. finally found a Dr. That is concerned . Thank you Dr Paradise and team so much for treating my family the way they deserve..

Not happy as they have cancelled TWO in a row rescheduled appointments the day of visit. Tired of taking time off from work and get a call the day of appointment cancelling literally hours before the appointment.. No back up plans and trying to reschedule months away. Actually get an email asking me to confirm an appointment they just cancelled hours before?! Been going here for 13 years and this latest professional failure has pushed me to find another practice! Done with this nonsense as they only value their time and not yours!

My annual visit was rescheduled to 7 months later. I had an appointment at 9 am. I got there 10 min early to check in to make it easier for the office staff and provider. At 9:30 I was still in the waiting room. People who were coming in after me were being seen before me. I'm not sure if this office is just overbooking people but how can my provider be that far behind with their maybe 2nd or 3rd appointment? Ridiculous office..don't respect your client's time, don't deserve the client's business.

I see Alyssa and her medical assistant Melissa and they are absolutely amazing. Alyssa does a very thorough skin check and will explain any findings or things that need to be watched. She is very gentle and has very good bedside manner. Alyssa and Melissa work very well together and both make you feel very comfortable the whole time. I also see Lori for facials and she has helped my skin do a complete 180 over the years and has educated me so much on home care. She is very thorough with her extractions and you leave feeling like a new person! Lastly, I would like to highlight their billing representative Erica for always being friendly on the phone and helping me with any questions, making for a smooth transaction every time. You ladies rock!
