I had the absolute best experience with Dr Lowney and his office. They made me feel at home and so comfortable before my surgery. This was by far the best experience I've had in regard to surgery. Dr. Lowney is something else. He made me feel safe and confident. The day of my surgery he treated me so well, he held my hand, he even put his hand on my chest and prayed. He told me that everything was going to be okay. I loved him from the first time I saw him for my consultation. I recommend him 100% to anyone who wants and can have cosmetic surgery with this doctor. You will not regret it. When I was going back to my hotel it was raining and I was still sedated by the anesthesia and couldn't do anything. He practically picked me up and put me in my car.
