Incredibly unprofessional front desk staff, seek care elsewhere. Your well being is absolutely not a priority here at this location. I suffer from a herniated disc in my back pressing on a bundle of nerves - and could not get in to see my regular doctor. So THEY set me up an appointment here - and then the front desk calls me an hour before my appointment and tells me “if I’m looking for a controlled substance I can go ahead and cancel my appointment” are you KIDDING me? That’s not anything the receptionist should be allowed to say to you, let alone CALL you and tell you to just cancel. Not sure if DR LEE ELBER was the one forcing them to make the calls or they did it on their own volition. I am in pain and want to discuss OPTIONS with my DOCTOR. Disgusting behavior. DONT come here, and DONT see LEE ELBER. Mary Pumphrey is no help either. Terrible communication all around.

Dr Crosson is the best! I've seen many Dr.s in my past and he's #1! He's helped me so much in life, I wouldn't be the same without him. Thank you!......He's very caring and great at keeping track of long term care and preventative.

Love the doctors and PA in this office. Dr. Wathier always takes his time, listens and makes sure all is understandable. Nicole is lovely and friendly. Professional in her knowledge and caring at all times. Great experience always

Tele-health is wonderful! Similar to in person and I didn't have to use a sick day from work for travel. I hope this may continue post COVID. Excellent. Highly recommended. NP Salter is compassionate and faxed scripts immediately. I am very pleased. Thank you.

Dr. Vereen is a very sweet and compassionate D.O of Medicine. His bedside manners is something for Falmouth's Health care group should be pleased with this Primary.
