Best experience at Rio Medical! The staff are amazing the moment you walk in, you automatically feel welcomed. I made the best choice working with Elita for my skincare needs. She took her time and did a full assessment of my skin and really listened to my concerns and goals. Her approach is professional, gentle and she is very knowledgeable. I ended up with incredible results from Elita, she was able to provide exactly what I was looking for! She is an absolute angel and a master at her many skills!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Rio! I can tell you that I drive from Maine to come here! Rio is located in an old church building that has been beautifully restored. The spa is comfortable and welcoming. They’ve done a great job matching top of the line services with a chill vibe that is sleek without being ultra fancy. Well done. I’ve received a handful services here and I’ve been happy with the all. I love that they offer vitamin injections, laser hair removal and facials. But they offer so much more! They have a new laser that does pretty much everything and I can’t wait to hear more about it on my next visit. The staff are professional and extremely knowledgeable and really put you at ease with any questions you have. From the front desk staff to the nurses and estheticians, I never feel judged. I tend to ask a lot of questions about my skin or any conditions I worry about and they are more than happy to educate and share their knowledge. I could talk to them all day. I went in for milia extraction yesterday and had a wonderful experience! The entire spa was clean and beautiful, and all of the employees were warm and welcoming. I have very sensitive skin and usually do not choose to have facial treatments done as I am very acne prone. Theresa listened to my concerns and used her very gentle Epionce products while explaining every step of the way to me. She was very knowledgeable and I trusted her with a needle up near my eyes! Overall a wonderful experience and I would absolutely go back again.
