I had a great experience with Erin. She spent time listening to me and providing tailored recommendations. I really felt like she was listening to me, which is a different experience than I have had at other med spas in the area. Erin answered all of my questions and gave me information to think about - she was not pushy at all. Looking forward to going back!

There is by far the best aesthetic practice on the South Shore. The highly trained and skilled staff always supersedes my expectations. The front desk staff is very welcoming, attentive, professional, and I am always greeted with a smile. The ability of Alyssa D’arcy, NP to achieve realistic goals and natural looking results is a skill she attains by having experience and expert knowledge of facial anatomy. I have been a completely satisfied client for many years and have always been very pleased with my results. 100% Highly recommend ALDA Aesthetic Medical Spa.

The building is gorgeous and clean but overall won’t be returning. I told the woman doing it that I had gotten 24 units of Botox previously (which is safe and reasonable dosing) and I loved that on me and wanted to get the same thing done today and she was very upfront with the cost but assured me that I needed 42 units and when I asked to do less, she said no and I need to trust her and didn’t inform me of any other approach other than doing 42 units. She said 42 units was basically the standard dosing they do at a minimum. So I do feel as though that should be well advertised on the website that there is typically a minimum of 42 units. And then I was extremely confused about this huge box of skin care products they gave me. It didn’t look like I was charged for them, but it was just extremely confusing because I was never asked what my current skincare regimen is. I’m using a medical grade skincare regimen from someone who does my facials and I was never asked about what I’m currently using on my skin and I was just told that I need to use theirs. There was no explanation on what those specific products will do other than make my skin look good. I heard her saying the exact same thing to the client before me as well. The whole place just seemed very money focused and for anyone looking to get into botox for the first time I would say this is probably not the place for you. You’ll probably end up with more than wanted and if you have somewhat of a budget in mind I would be wary of starting out here. It was uncomfortable to say no seeing as though I was already sitting in the chair and did come for Botox. I truly hope this is helpful feedback for the business and for any future client. It just wasn’t the experience I was expecting.

First and foremost the ladies at the front desk were so welcoming! My first time being here as a client of Erin’s. The decor was cozy & cute. The staff was so personable, easy to speak to, and answered all questions. I was truly satisfy with my results of full face filler that I got done by NP Erin. She walked through every step and educated me as well. I’ve gotten so many compliments. Highly recommended!!! Cannot wait to return for my botox:)
