Pentucket Medical Associate- Haverhill

Please avoid working at pma. staff is horrible or should I say the ones in charge. supervisor is unprofessional, she does waterever she wants and picks on other staffs to the point of them quoting. The 2nd fl “lead” ma talks of how poorly of a job new trainnees are doing. I hear her multiple times talk badly abot others. Very racists place. Leads are all American no diverse and the talk about Spanish ppl horribly here. I would not recommend

My experiences have been with the lab/testing office and they are all so helpful and kind. The endoscopy center is full of absolute angels. All the nurses, techs, anesthesiologist and Dr.Assouline were amazing.

I love all my doctors and there are associates, the girls who run the offices not so much. And also I think it’s about time somebody fix the phone system. I have been awake this morning at 10 o’clock. I got on the phone and I’m still on the phone on hold with Pentucket Medical Associates, and to have this question answered before my procedure . I’m trying to get a connection for the day surgery department on the first floor in Haverhill . E Everything else has changed some for the better however, the phones it seems will never change and you can’t get through.

Lisa Gruber is highly recommended as a pediatrician. She is professional, compassionate, and truly cares about her work, demonstrating a rare level of humanity that sets her apart from other doctors.

Careless, makes you wait in the doctors room for like an hour before speaking to your doctor. Was sick once and the nurse complained and said I was giving her too much work lol and she wasn’t joking bc she kept repeating it. Anyways, I went to my doctor because I’ve had a sore throat for a few weeks and my doctor didn’t even check my throat and told me to take cough medicine and to go back if it worsens, I literally have papillary thyroid cancer, she didn’t even check the lump on my neck but passed it off as a sore throat. Lastly, they NEVER answer the phone to even make an appointment. Very rude staff too, Save the headache and go elsewhere. Update: my doctor is once again clueless. She told me to stop taking medicine and removed it from my chart, the medicine was for my thyroid cancer, I had bad symptoms of facial and hand numbness and muscle spasms after she took me off so I went to my other doctor in Boston and he was surprised that my idiotic doctor at PMA took me off the medicine.
