Dr Newsom's office has been pretty good to my wife. Getting her help for a suspected infection recently by using Dispatch Health to get her looked at without needing to go to the office. They, Dispatch Health, prescribed an antibiotic that took care of it. I wasn't able to get treatment for myself that was as good though from another provider in this office. The small lab on the first floor is convenient as well. There is an optical center and check in area on the first floor. This building is handicap accessible. The lab door and optical center doors are not powered.

I don't leave reviews often but I will at this point. From my and my families years going here it is clear that Dr. Moreland does not care about her patients, she wants to get them in and out and not be bothered with any issues they may have. In fact she has been fairly rude at times calling one of my family members fat and belittling them at every appointment and refusing to speak of anything else resulting in that family members unwillingness to go to any further appointments. My self she has legitimately just asked my how I feel and then shuffled me out, no real examination and this has happened to other family members as well. I have met with some wonderful nurse practitioners there but they are few, if they are still even there. The thing that has finally gotten me to write a review is I was laid off and my employer provided insurance was coming to an end. A week before my insurance ended and a month before my appointment I revived a phone call not to ask about my new health insurance (which had an effective start date after the old one ended) but to tell me that my appointment, a whole month away had been canceled due to my "lack of insurance" which I did have at the time. With all this the next available appointment was a whole year away. If I could find another doctor accepting new patients (and I am still looking) I would change in a heart beat.

Horrible service told me I can’t get a physical until January of 2026. No not this upcoming January over an entire year. The lady was also super rude and didn’t give me any answers for any questions I had. So now I’m looking for a new primary care

All reliants are terrible. Too many patients, not enough doctors, disorganized, extremely bad communication, rude at times, make it very obvious they don’t care about issues patients are having, and have misdiagnosed more than one person I know that’s gone here. If you’re considering getting a doctor at one of these offices, do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere

Unfortunately dealt with some really rude secretaries (Susan) at this location. I cancelled an appointment after having my baby early and they discharged me from care with no notice. When I called for a referral for a specialist Susan was extremely rude to me and acted like I committed a mortal sin by cancelling my previous physical. She said I would have to reregister as a patient and she "didn't even know if anyone would take me". Was able to get a new doctor within a half hour with zero issues at another practice. See ya never Susan.
