Absolutely love the space! Super cute, clean and a great environment. Kylie was amazing, we had a very thorough consultation and she really took her time to understand my wants. The whole Sereni team is such a delight! A great group of women who support and uplift each other. Kassandra is always such a warm welcome & ensures a smooth check in and check out process. Overall I was so pleased with my service, my hair has never felt healthier after a full foil. I can’t wait to come back!

Entering the Salon I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. She brought me to a very comfortable waiting area as I waited for my stylist. My stylist was prompt and professional. I was brought upstairs to an inviting airy room where I was seated for my blow out. My stylist took her time and showed great detail while sanding curls in my hair. She was focused and did an amazing job. I received many compliments on my hair at the wedding I attended that evening. I was very happy with my experience

You know that a salon is professionally run and has great staff when they've been in business for many years. Before moving to Colorado years ago, I loved this salon for color and cuts. I am back in the Boston area for a project for a few months now, so I decided to Sereni again. It is the same great salon it was then! This time I had a color foil done. After getting home I felt the color was a bit too bright, and the manager and Kailei were very accommodating and quickly got me on the schedule for a quick tone change to make the color just right. The hair cut was also precisely done and just what I wanted. Thank you, Kailei, and thank you, Sereni.

I have been going to this salon since I was a child and they have always cut my hair pretty well. I went in to get my hair colored for the first time a couple months ago. I went with a stylist I have never been to, but the staff ensured me that she was trained and had a lot of experience doing hair. I went in for a consultation and she was very nice and I explained to her what I wanted with my hair. I finally went in for my appointment and she colored my hair. The appointment took a very long time (which I understood because I have very long curly hair). Toward the end of my appointment she started brushing out my hair and it was already extremely knotty, it took her over an hour to brush out. She then went on to diffuse my hair, which came out absolutely horrible. It was extremely frizzy and my curls were nonexistent. Keep in mind I have been to other stylists at the salon and none of the people I have been to know how to work with curly hair and diffuse it properly, it always comes out very bad but they cut hair pretty decent. So I leave the salon and go home and I can already tell something is wrong with my hair because it looks extremely dry. Days pass and I go to wash my hair and I can’t even get a brush through it because she over processed my hair so badly. For 3 months it has taken me 2 hours in the shower to brush out my hair because of how poorly she did it. I contacted the salon and all they said was that I could come in for a treatment if I wanted to (which I obviously did not want to go back to a salon where they have no idea what they are doing). I understand mistakes and I am not one to ever write a review or complain, but my hair has been affected for the past 3 months because of this salon and the stylist that did my hair.

I have been going to Lauren for years! She is the absolute best and has my skin looking better than ever! She takes so much pride in her work and makes you feel like a million bucks!
