Cape & Islands Plastic Surgery: Dr. Seth R. Jones

THANK YOU DR JONES!!! I have been researching all over Massachusetts (my home state) and Florida (my second home) for the best person to help me with implants. I had 2 Doctors (from MGH/mass EEI) recommended Dr Jones for a particular procedure and he DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! I had implants put in which I loved, however a major accident (implants saved my life they said) caused trauma to my ribs/spleen and ruptured an implant. I am so beyond Thankful for Dr Jones, I am very diligent with my research prior to any medical procedures and I am ecstatic that I found Dr Jones. I chose Dr Jones over other doctors including widely popular ones “online” because I think going off other doctors recommendations as well as my NP who owns several practices suggest Dr Jones. He also had a great 5 star rating prior to my appointment recently. I would rate him 100 stars if I could’

110% top notch experience with Dr. Jones. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with both he, the staff, and the Cape & Islands Plastic Surgery practice in general. After a lot of research, they came as a referral from a very trusted practice in western MA. My experience with Dr. Jones: he IMMEDIATELY made me feel comfortable (with something I would not normally be comfortable with). Not only was I seen promptly for each appointment, I never felt rushed through any of my appointments at any time. He is kind, thorough and I quickly trusted his opinion and experience for this surgery (that I have wanted for as long as I can remember). That important level of consultative care and comfort did not stop at the consultation. He visited me in the hospital both days over the weekend and I'm sure took many calls from the wonderful nurses at Cape Cod Hospital around the clock after my surgery regarding my care. That immediate attention was felt and gave me a sense of comfort in what was an emotional surgery for me. From the first call to the office with Allison (who is awesome - not only friendly but highly professional, organized and handled the insurance/billing/appointments process very efficiently) to the post-op office visits with Kelly & Dr. Jones, I knew I was in good hands and want to extend my sincere thanks.
