The office is conveniently located in Meadows Crossing on Dwight Road in Longmeadow, MA. There wasn't a long wait to see the physician, and all the staff were really well-trained and attentive to detail.

I have been a patient of New England Dermatology for many (many!) years - 40+ primarily for Rosea - My experience is absolutely wonderful - I feel like I'm seeing family when I see Dr. Genest ... he has been my primary Dermatologist for 20+ years - I have received excellent treatment from both the doctor and his staff. I would highly recommend him and New England Dermatology for their kindness and professionalism.

I had a skin biopsy done on my face by Karla Wytas 6 months ago and she left a scar on my face the size of a pencil eraser. It looks hideous. I expected professional service and I was wrong. She was very abrupt and I will never go to her again. I am appalled that I have such a big scar for a benign cyst.

Dr. Ivker has been an excellent doctor, successfully treating some mysterious rash conditions, attributed to an allergy to a chai tea concentrate. The Longmeadow office in which she works is pristine and staff very cordial.
