I came here for my immigration medical exam but decided not to finish the process here. The front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in to ask for a lab order and the front desk lady was very rude and yelled at me because “she doesn’t handle the immigration appointments and people had been asking her all day about that and she was sick of it”. It was a very stressful process and in the end I decide to go to another doctor to finish it. The only kind person was Judy who helped me in my initial appointment.

I am pretty happy with my clinic. I recently moved and I was recommended this place by a friend who lives in the neighborhood. It’s been great experience for me so far.

Dr. Natapov is extremely knowledgeable, competent and compassionate physician attentive to my questions. She always takes time to ensure that all of my concerns are addressed. She demonstrates a genuine concern for your whole well being and explains reasons for treatment recommendations. Good support stuff, well organized, friendly and efficient office, run in a timely manner.

I am 88. My physician doctor is Dr Natapov for a long time. She is very competent, compassionate, attentive doctor. She demonstrates an attention for my well felling, and explains reasons for her recommendations. Very good organized office.

Dr. Natapov did a great job with my first ever health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. Dr. Irina was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance. If you are looking for a primary care physician in Lynn I recommend Dr. Natapov!
