Such a pleasant experience from booking to check out. Faith was very gentle and informative as to what I was to expect from my facial. My skin feels refreshed and rejuvenated!

Rating: ★★★★★ Just had my fourth visit to Skin Laundry, and I’m super impressed! Their Laser & Resurfacing Facial only took 15 minutes, but my skin already looks clearer and brighter. I loved how they customized the treatment just for my skin. Plus, the price is reasonable for what you get, and they have great membership deals if you plan on going regularly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience !

I’ve been coming here for about 7 months now and I’ve noticed a difference in my skin. My redness had gone down and the texture is great. All the staff are super accommodating and friendly.

Sensitive skin, Acne prone, didnt see any results, rude behavior from staff towards end of the me membership! I did multiple signature laser but didnt see any significant results. They kept telling me they will move to next level of treatment after a couple of initial treatments but that never happened in the four month timeframe. It seemed since I couldn’t get out of my membership before the lock in period, nobody seemed to take any effort towards improving the results. That was extremely contrary to what was promised initailly. Excellent marketing, poor performance! They changed the laser device towards the end. My skin felt extremely sensitive to it and I asked if they could do any other treatment as I got a minor cut on my skin and I was very uncomfortable continuing that. On the phone, they agreed for another treatment. At the time of my appointment, I got very passive aggressive behaviour from the service provider. They were extremely rude and literally warded me off! Its one thing to not see results but it’s extremely disappointing to bear that kind of unprofessional behavior from the staff!

PLEASE stay away at all costs if possible!!!! If you are suffering from acne or need skin advised please go see a dermatologist! Do not waste your time and money! I made this mistake, I hope no other patient will seek help from them regardless of how many of the commercial you watched. I hope you never experience what I have experience with SKin Laundry in Lynnfield, Market place. These people are a disgrace, Please stay away and avoid them at all costs. The only good experience that I had was with the two nurses. I wish they would find a better place to work that fit their personality because at least they show that they care about your skin concerns. This this review is for the management team. I wish I could give them a negative --0.000000001. I do not usually give a bad review/score, and so this is your warning sign. They will place unauthorized charges to your card and claim the payment didn't go through. They had charged my card 3 times during Sep on the 1st,2nd ,3rd, for a total of $825. I emailed them about the 3 unauthorized payment and reached out for a refund, then was told that I would not be getting any refund as they didn't cancel my membership it was on pause . My dermatologist had asked for them to stop treatment due to some concerns she had about the laser treatment I was receiving with SKin Laundry. Like the previous comment said, they will sweet talk you into getting 4 mothn treatment. However, at the end of your membership, they treat you like someone who is begging them for favors. I wish that they had a different customer approach and built better customer relationships, which could be much better for them in term of revenue. But instead, I guess the only thing they are focusing on is getting 4 payments and never see that customer again after the 4 month contract end. It is a shame, and these shameless scams should be addressed with whoever is running this place. Also not to mention it you accidentally missed an appointment for the first time.They will be so quick to charge you a $25 cancelation even when you always show up for your appointments. I get it. The time slot is valued and reserved for the patient, but I have never seen an office where they charge their client for a simple human error after they genuinely apologize and acknowledge the error. Not a problem, just a heads-up! so this doesn't happen to you as their is no such thing as being a loyal customer. Although, I was okay to pay that as it was my mistake, and I have given way more then that in tips to them and other places that I do business with. I plan to update this once/ if they ever resolve these issues. I wish that no one else get into this trap. Don't fall for their well put together advertisement/marketing videos. I will also be posting pictures when I was doing treatment with them vs. now that I am seeing a dermatologist! Best of luck !
