Melissa Warren, who is the registered nurse. She was caring did not try to overcharge me for products that I may not need at this moment. Was very knowledgeable on any questions I had asked her. I have gone to several places and I absolutely pleased with the work that she has done for me. when I first went in for an interview, if Melissa wasn’t there, I probably would not have returned found that the receptionist was very cold and made me feel like it was an imposition for questions. I was asking her. Then Melissa took over and answered all my questions and I was very pleased with the work that she has done with me.

I’ve been a customer for a long time because I feel like the nurses and aestheticians here are so good and trustworthy. They always give great advice and I never feel like they try to overcharge or push me to do things. I’d like to make a special mention for Delaney because her customer service is excellent. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly loves helping people. Gaia is also lovely!

I had excellent care by nurse Melissa. I was a little nervous before I came, but she made me feel at ease. The treatment was barely easy, and I am glad I came. I am not experiencing much in after effects just a little soreness, but it doesn’t keep me awake at night, thank you

I can't recommend this place enough! Im relatively young and this is was my first time getting a laser removal treatment EVER and I can't thank you enough. At first I was extremely anxious because not only was it my first time but I had a lot of hair. I got an underarm removal and the results surely show!! Each appointment was quick and easy, done within minutes. All of the staff are so welcoming, kind, and understanding! I've had nice conversations with multiple staff and they have truly made my experience pleasant. (I leave a small tip every time because I leave so happy) Thank you to the staff and my mom (lol), my confidence has gone up! If I ever do plan on getting more removals or anything, I'll be back!! Wishing the best for this business. 🩷

If I can give this spa a 0 then I would. The service and management are a disgrace. It's quite a shame I had this type of experience. My mom booked this facial for me as a prep for my wedding, however I was "double booked" due to an issue with their system. There was no type of remorse or accountability given the double booking and I was told to come back the next morning. I would have had no issue however given all the prep for my wedding, there was no accommodation on their end. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was told I was speaking to her (she was long hair with blue eyes) who was nothing but rude. I am shocked Laser MD Medspa has trained their staff in this way. The manager must have been racist given my mom has a heavy accent and we are people of color that came in for the treatment. I eventually was able to manage an appt the next day. I came in and it seemed like she was still holding a grudge because she was very cold for the full treatment. Again, I am shocked this is how a manager is trained. My mom had bought a package and we were told we could use them together. Otherwise, I would not have gone back. This was my second time here. At the end, she told me the total. I explained my mom and I use the package. She was not at all understanding and kept blaming me as if I was supposed to know how the rules of the Medspa. I was allowed to use the package back in July when I came so I expected the same. She told me I never came in July-again not sure if it's her or their poor system. Whatever it was there should have been proper communication. She finally agreed at the end but denied my mom and I of our remaining services which clearly shows her racist side. I would not come back or recommend.
