I had my brows done by Quinn two years ago and my lash line completed by Julia. My brows still look amazing! I’ve always had sparse brows and used to fill them in every day, but now I feel so much more confident and no longer need to worry about getting them the same size and shape. My lash line is due for a touch-up, so I’ll definitely be back soon! The team was so kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and resetting while being pampered. I had been contemplating combination brows for 2-3 years and I finally made the appointment because my husband told me to for Christmas. I am SO GLAD I finally did! I saw Kathy and she is amazing! The place is so beautiful inside and out and very clean, Kathy was extremely knowledgeable and she by far exceeded my expectations. I truly wish I did this years ago. I literally had them done today, so they’re not healed in the picture but her mapping and color match was completely perfect on the first shot. I will be a loyal customer. This place is amazing!! I had my combo brows done at the glow factory. Everything about the experience was amazing. They made me feel so comfortable, the environment is very relaxing! I love that the glow factory is all about empowering women. It made me feel so good to be supporting Jessie’s business. All the artists are highly educated and profession. The only thing that was better was the end result was even better than I expected and everyone is shocked when I tell them my eyebrows are microbladed.

I had followed Jessie since 2019 and knew she would be the person I chose if I ever decided to get permanent makeup. Getting permanent makeup was a big decision for me, the thought of committing to something permanent on my face was scary. I had been considering it for years and instead was spending $150 on brow lamination and tint every few months. I decided to finally make an appointment with Jessie to get it done and I’m so so happy I did. They look natural, the color is perfect for me, and the shape compliments my face perfectly. The process was easy and didn’t hurt, I was comfortable the whole time and 100% trusted her from the minute I sat down (bonus points for the music playlist being A+) I’m so happy I decided to do it. If you are considering a PMU artist she’s that girl!!!!!

I’ve been going to The Glow Factory since before it was The Glow Factory with just Jesse in her studio in Milford. She has created a beautiful space, and team of trusted artist that you can feel confident seeing anyone. Since 2020, I’ve gotten my brows and liner done. I recently went back for a touch up for my brows with Jesse and she continues to do flawless work. Anyone in my inner circle who has shown interest in permanent makeup has been directed toward TGF and everyone has been more than happy with their result. Cannot recommend enough!
