Revitalize Rx

My review is based off of Nikky who works inside the hair salon at Revitalize. I unfortunately ended up not having a good experience with Nikky’s services. I went in for an initial color consult, was very candid about my prior coloring both professional and at home, and showed her roughly what I wanted my hair to look like. She walked me through the services she thought I would need, which included a CPR treatment to remove previous color, and partial blonding with a toner and haircut. At no point in my consult was it mentioned more than one appointment would be necessary. I went in a couple days later for my color appointment, she did the CPR treatment, then went in to color and foil. Once I saw the finished product, it wasn’t what I had showed her. Only then did she let me know she wanted me to come back in for another tone. I hesitantly agreed, because I knew my hair was not the color I wanted. It was dark outside when I left, and only seeing my hair color in salon lighting, once I got home I saw just how off my hair was. My root was extremely hash, and I was left with an orange band between my root and the color. My all over blonde and brunette was extremely orange. I reached out that night into the next morning with my concerns, and I was only offered a free tone. As the pictures show, this is not something just a toner can fix. I asked for a refund as I have lost trust in her as a stylist unfortunately, and she was adamant about just doing a toner. Being a new client, and knowing my hair history, a test strand absolutely should have been done. My hair needs some serious correction services now and to charge what she did for my hair to be this far off from what we agreed was achievable in one visit, is absolutely unacceptable. For reference, the first three pictures were inspiration ideas, the next 4 are how my hair looked that night and the next day in natural light, and the last three are how my hair looked before I saw her.

I love the ladies & services at Revitalize Rx! I typically see Kerry for skincare services, particularly hydrafacials, and it's always the most calming and lovely experience. Kerry is always so knowledgeable and professional and easy to talk to - it feels like I have a friend working on my skin every time I'm there. My skin always looks and feels amazing after seeing her and the shoulder/arm/hand massage that she incorporates into the service is honestly one of my favorite parts. Everyone there is so friendly and they all make me feel so comfortable and special from start to finish. If you want top notch services and a cozy & relaxing atmosphere, Revitalize Rx is definitely the place to go to!

Alex and Taylor are incredibly helpful, making scheduling effortless and always greeting you with warmth, so you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Dakota’s facials are not only soothing but leave your skin feeling refreshed and glowing! Meg’s expertise with Botox and lip fillers is exceptional—she takes the time to ensure a comfortable experience and delivers natural, beautiful results. From start to finish, the team at Revitalize creates a welcoming environment, where every detail is carefully attended to, making it a wonderful experience every time.

I was able to quickly and easily make an appt online for microneedling, the website provides detailed descriptions of each service provided which proved to be super helpful. Everyone I came in contact with from the moment I walked through the door till I left was super friendly and nice. Dakota was extremely knowledgeable and it was evident she loves what she does. She did a great job explaining the procedure as well as what to expect afterwards. She was very honest with her recommendations regarding treatment and product options. I ultimately left with some awesome new products to try! The procedure itself was quick and painless. I can’t wait to see the results and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! 3/1/25 I had a seasonal facial and added a dermaplaning, it was wonderful! I see Kerry and she is an incredible Esthetician. I’ve been seeing Kerry for years now. Kerry always asks if I have any concerns and she will give me her expert advice. When Kerry is done, I always feel relaxed and like a million bucks! I highly recommend Kerry and Revitalize RX!! The front desk Manager is incredibly friendly. And the Owner is a gem. Revitalize RX has so many amazing services to try out, they will always be my go to.
