My mother and I had such a nice afternoon at the spa. My facial service was incredible and left my skin absolutely glowing. Mom says she had the best massage she’s ever had! The space was cozy & clean. I can’t wait to go again !

I had such high hopes when I first started going to see Wiola for my skincare 3 months ago. She seemed so attentive and sweet. I was no longer able to get this lightening cream that I had been using for years and wanted something to replace it (i.e., another dark spot lightener that would be close to what I was using). I brought my bottle of cream to Wiola and she noted the ingredients. She assured me that she would set me up on a regiment that would give me the same if not better results than what I was using. Over $600 and 6 new products later (see photos of the products she sold me) my face has never looked worse (see photos). She kept pushing more products every time I went to go see her even though I told her that I am not used to using so many things on my face. But she insisted and I trusted her. One of these products made my eye area really dark. My skin was peeling like a burn and over two weeks later, I still have noticeable darkening around that area. My suspicion was that the dark spot serum was the cause. I had only started using it for two days before noticing the darkness and immediately stopped. I called her and left a VM message and no response. I texted her and finally after many days, we spoke on the phone. I told her about the darkening area and what I should do about it. I sent her photos as per her request but never once did she ask me to come in. She stated she needed to talk to her product representative. I was not upset at her and thought I relayed that to her since I also inquired about booking an appointment for me and two of my friends. My background is in healthcare, I am a nurse. I understand how different products can react to different people. However, just because I am understanding does not mean I do not want my problem addressed. Wiola gave me no apology or help on how to move forward. I even had to text her that I was not upset and that I just wanted to know which product did this to me. I asked her if I could come in to show her and we set a day and time. I received a text later in the evening stating she was feeling sick but would "keep me updated". I had rearranged my schedule so I could go in to see her so I waited that morning but did not hear from her. What a waste of time! This is the worst customer service I have experienced. She comes across as if she cares but when there is an issue, she becomes rude and defensive. It’s not about the money or the dark spots. It was about being able to trust someone to not just sell me expensive products but to stand behind her products like she says she does. I will never go back to her and will continue telling everyone I know about my experience.

Truly so happy with my experiences at Viola Day Spa! I’ve had multiple appointments with Hayley who may be the most approachable and warm person I have ever met. The reception and the rest of the staff are incredibly personable and I end up chatting with everyone and feeling like I’m fully at home amongst friends there. Highly recommend this location for ANY of their services. The location is so convenient, serene, and so cute. This is a hidden gem in the valley and besides making regular appointments here myself, I’ll be sending my friends and loved ones as well as my professional clients for years to come.

I received the most incredible massage from Kali today. She is very knowledgeable and so kind. Her massage started my day right!! Visiting Kali regularly for a massage is an important part of my self-care routine. Thank you Kali and Wiola for being amazing friends and outstanding professionals.
