Dr Noury is an amazingly gifted plastic surgeon. After my consultation I knew he was the one I could trust to do my surgery. Dr Noury is what every doctor should be! He extracted a needle from my hand in the ER. His bedside manner was beyond excellent, he was confident, compassionate and reassuring. I was put at ease immediately. He made short order of the needle with no pain, a phenomenal doctor.
