Dr Kelly O’Connor is absolutely terrific!!! This particular visit, I had a cyst removed from my cheek. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She explained each detail (regardless how small the detail was), throughout the procedure. Additionally, a very caring, gentle and delightful doctor. Also, the staff is wonderful…..professional and quite pleasant. If I could give 10 stars I would. I referred my son and his girlfriend to Dr O’Connor because they are not happy with their current dermatologist. She is excellent!!!

The office is very clean. The staff are very helpful. The nurse Megan and physician assistant Lindsay answered all my questions and went over the follow up instructions. They both have excellent bedside manner.

I recently visited the dermatology department at South Shore Skin Center, I was initially impressed by the comfortable waiting room with comfortable chairs. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. During the examination, the Doctor was very thorough and attentive. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The Doctor discussed the treatment options clearly and helped me understand the potential benefits of it. I felt confident in the recommended treatment plan. Overall, I had a positive experience at the dermatology department.

I was very pleased with my Mohs surgery experience. My nurse Jacklyn was very efficient and explained what was going to happen and was very supportive throughout. Dr. Butler was also very informative walking me through the process as she went. I also was very impressed that Dr. Saad stopped in twice to see how things were going.

Nicole and the rest of the team couldn’t have been more professional, helpful or educated about my skin care needs and desired outcomes. Looking forward to continuing my medical aesthetics journey with them. They inspire confidence in both my well being and choices of care.
