Have been going here for several years! I have been very happy with the excellent medical care and patient care! The doctors and skin care specialists are terrific! The front desk is very friendly and helpful! I have had an easy time getting appointments! I would highly recommend! Plenty of parking! The office is in the back of the building. Drive all the way around!

1. I got a timely appointment - it was "tomorrow" instead of 6 months to a year of wait time. 2. I arrived, signed a few papers, was called in and seen all within 15 minutes. 3. I was told everything about my lump, a biopsy was taken, instructions were given both verbally and written. It was a relief to have no hesitancy about this procedure. 4. I will hear about the biopsy within two weeks. We will deal with any care needed once we have the biopsy results. I was also given a follow up appointment to review the rest of my body in two months. 5. I loved the no-nonsense approach. It was exactly what I needed with enough caring by them to know they would follow up to alleviate any further concerns I may have.

The office staff is terrible. Rude. I had an existing balance. I was told to call a woman named Cheryl at extension 104. To make a payment arrangement. I tried her probably every day for two weeks. No return phone call. Took it upon myself to make monthly payments. When I had an issue, that I needed to be seen right away. They told me my balance was too high and I couldn’t be seen. I needed to have a “ payment arrangement on the books” funny, I got a call from the billing office that afternoon. I immediately transferred out of that office after I made the payment arrangement. The arrangement was for a monthly payment to be deducted. Recently noticed that they’re taking out payments every two weeks. Horrible business practice. Please do not go to this horrible office.

I’ve been calling at different times the past two days and they never answer the darn phone. Goes to voicemail. I don’t want to leave a voicemail and be called back at their convenience. I need them to answer the phone when I’m free to call.. the patient.. the customer.. there are 1000x dermatology practices, I might as well try another one that will pick up the phone.

Dr. Murgia and his colleagues may have saved my life by identifying melanoma in an early stage on my very first visit. They were able to remove it before it had spread to another organ/gland. They now monitor me very closely and I have been skin cancer free for over a year and a half. I had read reviews online, prior to choosing this practice, criticizing the office staff but I have to say that the office staff have been nothing but polite and helpful to me since day one.
