She did not rush through any of the appointment & made me feel very comfortable. We decided on an alternate service than the one I originally booked & thought I needed. Love her vibe & personality. I am grateful to have found Fresh Medical Aesthetics. Allison knows what she's doing and excels at it. I trust her with my face completely lol! All of the staff are warm and inviting. The atmosphere is chic and high vibrational. The prices are very reasonable. I added my picture so you can see that I look pretty good for almost 48 years old.

Allison the owner spent extra time with me to talk about my options. Definitely didn’t feel rushed like I’ve experienced at other places. We chose a plan that was just right for me. I love my results. Top notch staff!!! Making you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. I have an appointment with Justine soon … can’t wait to meet with her I’m having collagen induction therapy for the first time to help with sun damage that happened from using no sunscreen way back.

When you arrive at Fresh, Patty makes you feel right at home, very welcoming! The office itself is more upscale Miami than Massachusetts making for a very beautiful comfortable place to have services done. Allison, Mary and Lila took great time assessing my wants and needs and were upfront, honest and super knowledgeable about what procedures they thought I needed and never over sold me on anything. The procedure itself was done in a very clean, medical office type room. I felt safe and secure knowing they are extensively trained and would do a great job. From start to finish they explained each step and showed nothing but professionalism and seemed to truly love what they do. There was smiles all around when I got to look in the mirror! I will be a client for life! I highly recommend Fresh!!
